Refund Policy

One-time credit packs

Every pack is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. Each video uses credits by its length and quality (44–250 credits), and credits never expire.

Failed renders

If a video fails to render, you are never charged — its credits go straight back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Refunds on unused credits

You can request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used to make a video cannot be refunded.

To request a refund, open a support ticket from your account with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Promotional credits

Credits given for free (for example, as a promotion or by support) have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
